On-site Consultations (3 week process)

My on-site consultations are ideal for more significant foster and volunteer program changes for larger organizations. You might opt for this route after our Zoom consultation if there are recommendations you’d like to implement but lack the time or resources to accomplish independently.

This process operates on a 3-week timeline with optional continued support.

Week 1 (WFH): The first week will be spent gathering information about your program via surveys, data analysis reports and Zoom conversations. The goal will be to establish shared goals between the foster/volunteer base and foster/volunteer leadership or staff, paint a clearer picture of how the program currently functions, and identify priority areas of interest to target within the program.

Week 2 (on-site): The second week will be spent on-site. I’ll be interviewing on-site staff and volunteers about the in-and-outs of the program as well as participating in the staff’s established program duties. The goal will be to further deepen my understanding of program processes.

Week 3 (WFH): On the third week, I’ll return home and compile a number of documents for presentation to the foster/volunteer leadership. These documents will include process maps of existing program processes, process maps of proposed alterations and an implementation timeline with tasks assigned to relevant parties. The implementation timeline will only be developed after the proposed alterations have been accepted by volunteer/foster leadership.

Week 4 (optional - WFH): After our 3 weeks, I can be hired on an hourly basis to assist with the implementation of materials outlined in Week 3.
