Process Mapping
Current Map
Process mapping is the first step of the streamlining process. If you would like to proceed with services after the Zoom consult, we'll schedule a day for me to dedicate to this project.
I take all of the information you provide in the consult scheduling form below and in our Zoom meeting and create a map of your current process - this is a visual representation of the sequence of events and moving parts so we can best target problem areas.
Once we have an accurate map, I will keep your stated preferences in mind as I break down and analyze the most efficient ways to consolidate, streamline and/or automate this process to save you time without sacrificing quality.
Proposed New Map
This is your roadmap on how to move forward. I only recommend platforms you are comfortable implementing or learning and nothing priced outside your budget.
If you compare these two maps, you'll see that my client was VERY hands-on with her customers in order to make sure they had all of the information they needed. This new roadmap cuts out the chaos of navigating so many moving parts while still providing the customer everything they need.

Process Implementation
Appointment Scheduling
Unless manually scheduling appointments brings you joy, there is no reason an automated system can't do it for you.
I'll set your availability, create your appointment types and calendars, write your descriptions and automated emails, and embed the link on your preferred website for clients to find.
Acuity Scheduling is my recommended platform.
Automated E-Mails
Together, we'll outline what information clients need in order to move forward in your process(es) that can be typed up once and sent as an automated email indefinitely.
Email automation is one of the simplest ways to pair down your workload while also ensuring your clients receive information and instruction.
*Most appointment scheduling platforms also have email automation as a built-in feature but it is not required.
Resource Pages
Resource pages are a simple and efficient way to organize ALL of the information you'd like your clients to have in one place.
I'll build the resource page however you'd like and apply design preferences.
Linktree is my preferred platform for resource pages but we are not limited to it.
Standard Operating Procedures
Standard operating procedures are documents that essentially outline how certain processes within an organization are done. They are a way to ensure uniformity of actions between individuals and cut down miscommunication and confusion by a large margin.
I’ve written a number of standard operating procedures for different organizations and am happy to provide examples upon request.
Threadless Stores
Threadless stores are fantastic passive fundraisers that take all the work out of your hands. Supporters can order your logo on clothing, accessories and more and have it shipped directly to their house from the website.
I'll build the threadless store however you'd like and apply design preferences.
Threadless.com is my preferred platform but we are not limited to it.
Online Orientations
I have created a number of online orientations for staff, fosters and volunteers. I can use either recordings of live presentations or create content by way of custom videos.
I will also draft the questions and apply design preferences.
